What MCT Attendees
are Saying

Comprehensive College Tours

Students experience a robust and comprehensive college tour adventure which includes (but is not limited to) an in-depth tour of each college/university, sessions with admissions and financial aid representatives, interactions with current students and/or alumni, recreational activities with their peers outside of tour hours, lodging at a three-star hotel and most importantly, an experience that will enhance and evolve their mindsets about pursuing postsecondary options outside of their own community.

Past College Tours

My College Tours (MCT) provides customized tours based upon the needs and interests of the students that will be attending. MCT has gone as far as Tulane University in New Orleans, LA and as close as Columbia University right in New York city. After 1:1 meetings with high schools we’re able to determine which schools would best fit the needs of the students and families they serve. Examples of previous institutions we’ve visited are below:

  • Howard University
  • Spelman College
  • Morehouse College
  • Hampton University
  • Yale University
  • Harvard University
  • Cornell University
  • University of Pennsylvania
  • University at Albany
  • Rochester Institute of Technology

College Planning Assistance

The gap our founder identified in the realm of college preparation for high school students inspired My College Tours to go above and beyond the tour itself. Many schools do not have the opportunity to provide all of the support needed to prepare students and their families for the college admissions process. My College Tours points families in the direction of the resources they need to send their child(ren) off with peace of mind. In addition to the tour, we provide:

  • Scholarship resources and recommendations
  • FAFSA completion resources
  • Application practice and preparation
  • Networking opportunities – both on campus and in the community
